Summary: Lardi is operated by Leone Digital Africa Limited on behalf of your school. All data belongs to the school. We process it only to provide the school management system. We are registered with the Ghana Data Protection Commission under Act 843.

1. Who We Are

Lardi is a product of Leone Digital Africa Limited, a technology company in Accra, Ghana, operating under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Contact: hello@lardigh.com

2. Data We Collect

• Student profiles — name, date of birth, gender, class, address
• Parent/guardian contacts — name, phone, email
• Academic records — attendance, grades, report cards
• Financial records — fee payments, amounts, methods
• Staff records — name, role, department, contact
• Login activity — email address, role, access time

3. How We Use Your Data

Data is used solely to provide the school management system — maintaining student records, tracking attendance, recording grades and fees, and enabling communication between school and parents.

4. Data Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase servers in Europe (eur3 region) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is controlled by role-based authentication. We never sell your data.

5. Your Rights (Act 843)

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact your school administrator or email hello@lardigh.com.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the school subscription. Upon termination, data is held for 30 days for export then permanently deleted.
